Best shoes I've ever had By Wesley Ricketts A little about me, I'm a regular runner, covered 5 miles 2 or 3 times a week, 6'2 190 pounds with high arches and narrow feet. I've tried most of the New Balance, Nike, Adidas shoes atleast once and I must say the first time I put on my Asics, was like heaven! I'ma mid-foot striker so I really like the cushioning of the feet and most shoes seem to load all the cushioning in the heel, not these Asics. My only drawback would be that I need an eye more to keep the shoe firmly in place for me (very narrow heels). I have had these a little over a month and have seen no drop in the fill or walk. I have some templates from the market after that I always use and exchange every 6 weeks. To the greatest men with high arches, I could not think of a better shoe.
